How to measure the wall for an order?
To ensure the best fit, follow our measuring guide.
Add 6–10 cm to width and height to account for uneven walls.
How will my wallpaper be cut?
Your wallpaper will be made to the size you selected during checkout.
It will arrive in strips up to 50 cm wide for easy installation.
Does the wallpaper come in rolls?
Yes — we print each order on demand and pre-cut it into rolls, ready to hang.
Can the wallpaper be cleaned?
Yes — you can gently wipe it with a soft, slightly damp sponge.
Avoid scrubbing or strong cleaning agents, as they may damage the surface.
I need waterproof wallpaper. Which material should I choose?
All our wallpapers are splash-resistant.
For extra protection, choose the varnish coating option — it’s ideal for humid rooms or near sinks.
Are the materials safe for health?
Absolutely. All materials are safe for people and pets.
What is varnish coating?
This is a clear protective layer that increases durability and moisture resistance.
It also makes cleaning easier — you can wipe varnished wallpaper with a damp sponge.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected]
My order has not been delivered yet, what should I do?
Production takes 1-3 business days.

Please note: during periods of high production load, this period may increase to 4-7 days.

Delivery takes 7-10 business days on average

You will then receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your order on the Fedex website. Please consider the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier, which usually ranges from 2-5 business days.

I don’t live in the UK — can I still order?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide.

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us and we’ll help arrange your order manually.
Who will deliver my order?
We use Fedexfor UK deliveries.
For international orders, the courier depends on the destination.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the UK is free for all orders.
Note: Hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges.
International shipping fees depend on the destination and appear at checkout.
Are there any additional shipping fees?
We cover customs duties.
If you receive a customs invoice, contact us — we’ll help sort it out.
How can I pay for an order?
We accept two secure payment methods:
Credit card: via the Stripe system
PayPal: pay directly through your PayPal account at checkout
Are payments secure?
Yes – all transactions are encrypted and processed via secure connections. We don’t store your card details.

Where do I enter a promo code?
You can enter it at checkout, in your shopping cart.
Can I use more than one promo code?
No – only one promo code can be applied per order.
Can I combine a promo code with other discounts?
Yes! Promo codes work alongside current sales or website discounts.
How do I install the wallpaper?
We include step-by-step instructions with your order.

How many rolls will I receive?
Your wallpaper will be made to your specified size and pre-cut into easy-to-handle strips, max 50 cm wide.
What paste should I use?
You can add our ready-to-use wallpaper paste to your order.
If buying separately, choose non-woven paste suitable for vinyl-coated wallpaper.
Does the wallpaper need to be pasted end to end or overlapped?
It depends on the height of the wallpaper:
Wallpapers up to 3.60 meters in height must be glued end-to-end.
Wallpaper over 3.60 meters in height is pasted with an overlap, followed by cutting the joint already on the wall.

Can I exchange my order?
Yes – if your item is defective or damaged.
Check the wallpaper before hanging it – we can’t replace used wallpaper.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
What if I received a defective item?
Contact us by email within 30 days.
We’ll guide you through the exchange or refund process.
How do I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 30 days for defective/damaged items.
Email us, and we’ll explain the next steps.
What counts as defective?
- Color mismatch between tiles
- Torn or damaged wallpaper
- Incomplete order
- Wrong design received
I haven’t received an order confirmation — what should I do?
This might be a technical glitch. Just send us an email — we’ll confirm your order manually.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — but only before the order is sent to print (usually within a few hours).
Email our manager as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
How can I track my order status?
We send status updates to the email address you entered during checkout.
